“Now the courts are finally acknowledging there are issues of eyewitness identification. The question is what is the solution?”
Eyewitnesses aren’t reliable. And NJ courts are taking action.
Well, I have never believed in eyewitnesses mainly because it involves people.
People are unreliable and they can lie or “see” something that might not be there out of a strong desire to believe that it is.
Thumbs up for NJ courts. When is the rest of the world waking up to it?
